The Real Estate Station has risen, since its conception in 1997, from a small town agency on a Farm-to-Market road to the number one privately owned Real Estate Brokerage in North Texas and is within the top 20 offices in the country. The office has changed hands through good friends since then, continuing its growth and success. The current owner, Dave Salisbury has a prominent history as a top producer in North Texas Real Estate, claiming the Re/Max Hall of Fame faster than any other North Texas Agent. His drive, integrity and vision has been channeled into this new venture, bringing the highest quality of service to clients of The Real Estate Station.
Due to tremendous growth and success, The Real Estate Station moved into its current headquarters in June of 2007. The building, located in downtown Argyle, welcomes surrounding patrons with its old world charm and western accents that blend flawlessly with the sophisticated country living community. It is now a full service agency with over 35 agents, an REO division and property management division.
The Real Estate Station believes in strong community involvement, especially by furthering youth education programs. The Real Estate Station directly sponsors surrounding schools, such as Argyle Elementary, Middle School and High School, Liberty Christian, Flower Mound High School and Southlake High School. Each year, The Real Estate Station supports the Argyle Education Foundation Black Diamond Affair. Several Agents are also involved in youth mentoring programs.
The Real Estate Station also sponsors city events such as the Annual Argyle Bluegrass Festival and the Chamber of Commerce Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. The Argyle Police Department receives Halloween gift bags for the department’s trick-or-treaters from The Real Estate Station, and RES also supports and participates in the Argyle Fire Department’s annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser. Each year, The Real Estate Station participates in a Thanksgiving turkey and canned food drive benefiting local families in need, and hosts an Angel Tree at Christmas.
